MacGregor West is a community located in Cary, North Carolina. The community has been in existence since 1988. There are approximately  225  custom-built estates in the community. MacGregor West has a European look and feel featuring French-inspired street names, winding walking paths, meticulous gardens, stone walls, and iron lampposts, street signs and markers.

 

MacGregor is a short distance to MacGregor Downs Country Club. The community is located on Highway 64W adjacent to Route 1 with close access to Interstate 40 and 440. RDU airport is approximately 20 minutes away as is Research Triangle Park and mid-town Raleigh.
