The Architectural Committee appreciates the cooperation of the homeowners as they follow the process of submitting the Architectural Request Form. The intention of the Committee is to encourage and maintain consistent standards, while accommodating changes requested by the homeowners and driven by their lifestyles. These standards are intended to be flexible, reflect our neighborhood values and allow for individual creativity of design, with each request being reviewed on its own merits.
